Good location, very near Liverpool train station and only take a short walks to many eating places (as well as Seel Street for night activities), They helped keep our luggage before check-in as well. We booked a room with no window on ground floor, so it's easy to move our luggage (not sure whether they have lift or not), the room is small while the bathroom is big (comparing to the room itself), The bathroom has no separate shower area, therefore the bathroom floor gets when after showering. I found a long blonde hair on the towel after showering and drying my hair (while my hair is black) -> didn't know what to say about this and didn't feedback to the hotel as it's quite late. Hair dryer is not available in room, need to borrow from receptionist as first come first served.

Room size is a bit small for two people but the location is not far from the lime station.
