This hotel is Absolutely trash as all of our family had an illness when we stayed there and we had to give our room key to reception when we go somewhere.They don't even know a word about English and the hotelman was very rude.

The staff were very helpful. We appreciate that they stored our luggage for us on the day we check-out (due to travel plans late in the evening).

good location, easy access to transportation but needs upgrade for that price

It was a okay place, but shower didn't work well. Also for the price the room wasn't worth. I paid around 60€ for a less than average shower and decent bed. The breakfast also wasn't too great, a French stick tea a crossette and orange juice for 6€. Non the less the people are nice, but the owner doesn't speak English.

Nothing flash but leasant staff and a quiet room at a reasonable rate.

A pleasant stay. As it was for a night, I do not have much complaints. Room is quite spacious, only the toilet is small. Service is excellent as we are guided with some useful travel information. Location is excellent as it is near to a bus stop that brings us to places we wanted to go. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful staff. No matter that rhe owner spoke no English and i no French. Lots of laughing, fingers points and drawing. One tryin line to the Eiffel Tower.. Safe at night too. Wonderful stay.

Friendly, traditional hotel not too far from Gare de Lyon. Rooms are quite small (cozy) but great for a quick stopover. Would stay again.

The hotel was ok for the price and walking distance to Gare de Lyon which suited me. It was clean enough but everything was very shabby. Not sure what was going on with the hot water but it was not a major issue for one night. I didn't mind the climb to the room as that was mentioned in the ad and the location was good. The staff were pleasant.

Good location as this hotel is closed to public transportation with many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff is very helpful informing us how to get around to all of the tourist attractions.

À l’arrivée, à l’accueil, on commence par vous tutoyer avec un accent spécial. La chambre est un modèle d’horreur : exiguë, sans climatisation, sale, la salle de bain est minuscule, on peut à peine s’asseoir sur les toilettes. Le téléphone intérieur tient à peine au mur et ne marche pas. Le ménage n’est pas fait, vous revenez le soir de votre journée et vous retrouvez le lit ouvert, la serviette par terre, etc. Il n’y a pratiquement pas de savon dans la salle de bain, juste un rectangle épais comme un papier cigarette. Ce n’est pas une serviette de douche mais une serviette à mains que vous devrez utiliser. Il n’y a bien sûr pas de wi-fi propriétaire de l’hôtel avec mot de passe Je demande expressément au site HOTELS.COM de dé-référencer un bouge pareil.

Buena opción precio-calidad, las habitaciones cómodas pero puedes escuchar lo que pasa a lado de la otra habitación, buen servicio.

Très bon accueil, arrêt de bus pour la gare de Lyon et juste à côté de la porte d'entrée

Hôtel dans Paris, à un quart d'heure à pied de la gare Paris Bercy, métro Dugommier. L'emplacement est pratique. L'hôtel dans son ensemble est vieillot, la moquette et le sommier sont défraichis mais le linge est propre. Pas de déco mais tarif très compétitif pour Paris. Le point noir: pas d'eau chaude! Pas de préavis, aucune solution proposée, pas de geste commercial. Il faut aimer la douche froide (littéralement).
