very small room and bathroom for four people to share. Not very clean and had minimal necessities.

I was asked to move rooms to accomodate a family that required 2 rooms linked together. It was not pleasant to move all our belongings, but management provided several extra hours for late check out as a thank you.

Owner refused to check in guests that waited and waited to get into their rooms. She was in the back in the phone which was on speaker phone. No one started checking guests in until 20 minutes after check in time. Not very organized. Owner said when person came back from lunch we’d be checked in. Who goes to lunch during check in time? One towel short in room and never brought after being requested.

Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location was great and very quiet.

Our stay wasn’t the worst stay I’ve had, but it is by far the worst Best Western I’ve stayed at. The air conditioning did not work and I was hot all night and couldn’t sleep. The bathroom was missing body wash and the tub was sandy from the previous guests. I would definitely stay somewhere else if you can afford it.

The hotel overbook for the night and switched our room from a double bed to a king size bed. Brought in a roll away bed and made it impossible to get any rest.

The property was clean. For my desk was welcoming. Perfect location - walking distance from ocean and shops.

We stayed for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday for memorial weekend. It was very comfortable and walking distance from Morro Rock. It included breakfast. 100% recommend.

Near Morro Bay pier 2-3 minutes

They said they were overbooked and could not accommodate us so we stayed elsewhere.

Stayed the weekend and other than a squeaky bed, we had a great stay. Clean room and quiet for being on a main road. I would definitely stay again.

The check-in took 1 hour, which is way too long. They had 1 person training a new person and mistakes were being made.

Like that the hotel was just a quick drive to our destination

We woke up to find bugs in our beds and bites on our bodies. Apologies were given but no refund. We cut our trip short and instead spent a full day doing laundry. The location is otherwise lovely.

I really like the location of the hotel and the guess attention to details. I believe her is by Vicary. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel needs some improvement on noise reduction coming from traffic at nighttime.

2 things I was not very happy about is that shampoo / soap dispensers were out and the drawers kept coming out / open .
