My review for the ibis Jemursari hotel. 1. Starting from check-in, only 1 card was given, even though I asked for 2 cards with a deposit of money as collateral. But the info can't copy cards and can only have 1 card. I feel that's weird but I'm okay. And in the end, after I was quite fussy, I got 2 cards. Pretty stupid right 😅. 2. Went to 2 rooms, 1 of which cooled down instantly in minutes. And room 1 wasn't cold after 15 minutes, called a technician to check which he said was ok, no problem. We waited for 30 minutes in total but it still wasn't cold. Complain to the FD, and they plan to call the technician again (What the F.) and immediately I ask, are you sure you'll call the technician again with a little emotion. And finally changed the room. 3. Every day there is a mice agenda at the hotel, and guests have to give in to parking because it is prioritized to hold seminars. That's funny because guests have to give in to parking. Even though there are no seminars, there is still no parking lot available. Once there is space, they put the cone in front of the available parking space. 4. Breakfast. I see every child from other hotel guests who are the same age as my child, they are free of charge but for my child they charge my child on day 1 but no longer the next day. *sighs. 5. Whether it's true or not, everyday the info is that there is no parking and we have to valet each and every day. And what I thought finally happened, the car's bumper came off a little because of either the wrong parking, another car's setback or something. And well they solve it anyhow, but i'm really annoyed. But when they complain, they seem to pass responsibility between one and the other. * I am just laughing looking at this case and how they blame each other. 6. Extend another 3 days. Ask the FD, what's the difference between deluxe and standard. Only the minibar, so if I extend one room I can move to the same floor or I can ask for access to the 8th floor. And as a result the 2 rooms have to be moved to different rooms, but earlier they said it was just a minibar that made the difference. But we have to move to another room *sighs. Tired of arguments. 7. When using a valet service. I keep my property in good shape, but this guy as I know that this is not their own car. They just taking care of our car like a piece of shit, what the heck. Gubrag gabrug just like it's not my business. Conclusion. If i can rate this hotel as zero, i will. But i appreciate the bell boy and restaurant. But for the other services, I rated big zero, and you can imagine about the FD face when I complain with cynical eyes and as if I'm a resentful person. Never in my life i want to rate a hotel with 1 star. But I stayed at Ibis Style & Novotel Bogor, Novotel Bali, Novotel Semarang, Novotel Mercure, Ibis Pattaya. Finally I found 1 of the best Accor networks. Thank you and this review is sincere from my heart without grudges, and I also don't need to apologize from the hotel team, which in my opinion lacks training and hospitality is so f*cking low.
