The hotel staff are all very friendly

The winning point is the location is good, near the city center, mall, lots of food, get a welcome drink, it's just a shame that a hotel of this class doesn't have a place to boil hot water, don't get coffee or tea, the bathroom sink is a bit clogged, the toilet spray is slow and then makes a noise and leaks, the toilet flush pressure is difficult, it has to be opened first, the bathroom door is hard to close and the old, ugly base makes it unpleasant to get on, parking is also difficult, luckily the security guard is quick to respond, yes overall it's okay for the office but not for families. thx

Strategic place to stay

For the past 7-8 years, it's consistently been a family's first choice for accommodation when visiting Semarang. The staff is friendly and helpful. What's more, across the street from the hotel is the famous Conglik ice cream parlor.

Often stay here when on assignment out of town

I chose a Deluxe room. Even though I only stayed one night, I don't recommend it 🤦🏻‍♀️ 1. The room smelled damp 2. The ceiling had water leaks 3. There were small cockroaches Luckily I chose a room with a window (at least I could open it) 4. The bathroom floor was slippery (be careful!) and the shower tray made a bit of a noise (I was afraid it would crack)

The WiFi is often unstable, even though the room price details state the difference in network capacity as one of the price differences. Apart from that, it's pretty good.

It was fun and I would love to come back again

Needless to say, this hotel is always full, thanks to its proximity to the city center and its affordable prices. I've been a regular here for nine years, and I've even memorized it, and many of the staff are new. 😁

Strategic location, delicious food, and plenty of eateries in the hotel area. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't provide an electric kettle for drinks. Check-out was also on time.

The room has a city light view with a very worth price and it's very close if you want to go anywhere because it is in the city center and souvenir center. In front of the hotel there are many viral foods in Semarang such as soto and es puter cong lik. 5 minutes from there is lnds cafe if you want to have breakfast or enjoy gelato. Next to the mall. It's really a worthwhile discovery. In front there is also a cafe that is open 24 hours. The food is delicious. The room is very spacious, lots of plugs, lots of mirrors too. Walking distance to Simpang Lima and the culinary center is very close. It's very comfortable to stay here

This hotel's location is very strategic, close to culinary spots, malls, and the Old Town tourist area. On Sundays, you can take a leisurely stroll at Simpang Lima. All staff are friendly and polite, except for one security guard who was unfriendly and unhelpful to hotel guests. The Deluxe Smart room is more than adequate, and the bed is quite comfortable. The entrance door lighting is dim, and coffee or tea making facilities are available upon request. The towels are a little less clean and need improvement. Thank you. Thank you.
