Perfect location

No water fountain!! Why should guests have to buy water in plastic bottles. How hard is it to install water fountain. Otherwise superbly maintained, hotel lobby and room in top condition. Gives a Vegas vibe. Java cafe and exile are good dining options. Great location!

Hotel was quiet at night and restaurants were very good.

We loved our three night stay at the Jag and found the hotel very unique and super cool. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in both restaurants and drinks in the lounge on the top floor, very nice surroundings. The pool, hot tub and sauna were also much appreciated on a rainy day. Jag is in a great location also, an easy walk to many bars, restaurants, shopping and sights. If you’re a music fan and want the best hotel in St. John’s with friendly staff then the Jag is for you.

We absolutely loved the vibe of this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also really enjoyed the live music in the lounge, which created such a fun and inviting atmosphere in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to offer massages by Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). Since the massage pricing is comparable to what an RMT charges, having RMTs on staff would really elevate the spa experience. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we’d definitely return. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful well maintained hotel!

The hotel and staff are fabulous. We booked a suite. We were put in the Rhythm tower. We were fine with the room except the sink was slow to drain, and the sofa had some stains. I went to the front desk the following day to ask for a sheet to throw over the sofa. They insisted we should move to another room. Sent up concierge to move rooms. In my opinion, this is what good service looks like in this day and age. Highly recommended the Jag.
