Clean property, decor is dated, I thought the bed was OK but a bit too soft for my liking. Dinner and breakfast at the Mystique was very good, though the salmon was a bit overdone in my opinion. The location is close to 2 malls.

Room was spacious and clean and beds were very comfortable! It was very loud though .. recommend booking the top floor as floors are very loud! Dinner in the restaurant was good. Breakfast … go early. Says til 10am but at 9:20 they had run out of a few things.

Great location, older building that is well maintained and kept up. Staff were helpful and friendly. Other guests were a bit loud, but we expected it on a Saturday night with a couple of buses in the lot and a kid's hockey tournament going on. Breakfast was very good also.

The A/C , Heating unit was blowing cold for a half hour then heat for half an hour, All night. We were cold then freezing. Not much sleep at all. I should get some kind of discount. The staff were notified . The person at the front desk was very polite and apologetic.

Restaurant at the hotel was excellent.

The hotel itself is a bit off, the beaten path, and dated/tired overall. The rooms, however, were clean, and the beds were good. It was very helpful to have coin laundry. Breakfast was real, not just cereal.Staff were polite and accommodating.

Breakfast had fruit eggs, meat and beverages. Room was large. We had some trouble with the A/C but it did work eventually. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel had personable helpful staff at the front and in the restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was included and was a hot meal with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, toast, oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit salad. Room was very spacious with a couch, mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker.

Overall, a good location with friendly staff and a nice buffet breakfast. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, though the property overall feels somewhat dated and located in a less desirable area of town. While the rooms were acceptable, the hallways appeared worn and not particularly clean, which unfortunately created a less favourable first impression.

The front desk clerk was not rude but not nice either. He didn’t offer any information. I asked the first morning for no maid service and he said well we only do housekeeping every second day. That is information that should have been given upon check in. The breakfast was very good.

Everything was clean, but rooms are a little worn. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast delicious.
