The room was not what was pictured and there was no blow dryer like it said it had in the description there was no accommodation too plug your your phones in . The carpets were dirty , just overall not satisfied with it and for the price i paid per night i could of got a lot better place

Asked for bedding for my daughter but never got it and only had two rags and towels for three people over a two night stay and never received more.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and have loved it. Last time the pool wasn’t available but this time we got lucky and were able to use it, which was great because it was so hot!!

Upon walking into the lobby, there was a smoky/musty smell that I could get past. The carpets were very old and dirty. The room itself was remodeled and decently nice, but I couldn’t get past the smell. We asked for a refund and went somewhere else.

It had been remodeled. Our room was very clean. Close to most things. Breakfast was great! Overall a really nice experience.

not the best, don't except room service everyday. had to ask for the trash & towels to be taken, never happened. breakfast was ok. didn't know the front was unattended on sunday nights, so the front door gets locked and when their card reader doesn't work you're stuck outside. wouldn't stay again, but decently clean.

Very deceiving from photos on Expedia. Beds may be new but terribly uncomfortable. Chipping paint and rust everywhere.

Staff was very friendly and always helpful if you needed anything. Our room was clean and had comfortable beds. It is a older property that they have been renovating. The location is great right in the middle of the entertainment district. There is a very nice hot breakfast every morning. Breakfast has waffles, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, toast, several cereals. Price was good for this area and a good value.

When we got there a sign said they stepped away for a minute to help someone we waiting 20 minutes finally called them to check us in the next day we went to breakfast and they had put breakfast up at 8:00 they didn't let her know we was there.the breakfast lady was awesome!

We were greeted as we entered lobby. Staff checked us in quickly. Our room was clean and so was bathroom area. Room had TV and nice small refrigerator to keep drinks and any food items cold. Our key card quit working and staff at front counter reprogrammed a couple new ones us. One thing that was a bit of inconvenience was ice machine was on opposite end on hotel and vending machines with drinks were not located together with snack machines. There is a very nice hot breakfast with waffles,eggs, sausage, biscuits, and various cereals. Staff is friendly and helpful. We received a good rate for our stay. Overall I recommend it as a great place to relax and enjoy a good nights rest.
