Alana is centrally located and close to various Yogyakarta tourist attractions (including Malioboro). Access to and from the hotel is relatively smooth and easy.

Very comfortable and satisfying. All the staff are very friendly. Easy access, close to everything. Parking is spacious and secure because there are security guards always on standby. Everything is clean and breakfast is complete. Perhaps the least convenient is the swimming pool area because access is through the restaurant/breakfast area. I arrived at 12 noon and didn't have to wait long, I was able to check in before 2 p.m.

Stayed for 2 nights, but spent more time out than in the hotel. I mostly just came in to sleep. But the room was okay, clean, provided hotel slippers, a hair dryer, 24/7 hot water, Wi-Fi too but didn't test its speed. There was gallon drinking water in the dispenser, hot, cold, and regular. You can refill it repeatedly so you don't have to buy a lot of drinking water. Haha... But there are no connecting rooms. The staff are friendly too. It was okay to stay here.

A nice and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious, even with two adults and two children, there was still a carpeted area between the bed and the TV, allowing us to relax. The staff was excellent, all friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was very comprehensive and delicious, and there was also delicious ice cream. The location is also centrally located, so it's not too far from Malioboro and doesn't get caught in the hustle and bustle.
