Really clean. Good food. Adult pool really relaxing.

Room was good plenty of wardrobe space clean nice bedding .. good view off balcony .. if u like coffee in ur room maybe take your own kettle.. none provided

Aqua mirage is AMAZING! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had somewhat a lot of space. There was so much entertainment there! There was this stage where they had people preforming. There was also this bar that my kids loved, the drink they kept on getting that has no alcohol is called Bollywood. And don’t even get me started on the water park it was amazing me and my kids had so be much fun together.

Great family friendly hotel with great waterpark. We stayed in a lot of hotels before and we always complained about the food, but here the food was great quality and a lot of variety. The staff in hotel been amazing and very friendly, also there is a lot of green area/garden soround the buildings. The rooms may need some refreshing soon, but overall they a quite modern and very clean. There is bus going that they you to the city centre. We’ve had a late flight back home, but hotel allows you to stay in hotel to 3pm, so kids can still enjoy the waterpark in last day and we have a lunch before the flight. We’ve had a great time in Aqua Mirage Hotel considering we been worried by reading some of the reviews, but we highly recommend this hotel.

No concerns

Nothing bad to say. The staff were amazing — from the receptionists to the cleaners, everyone welcomed us with a smile. I loved the gardens and the quiet pool, while my husband had fun at the aqua park instead! I’d say it’s perfect for both couples and families with kids.

It was the most relaxing professional massage I have ever had .it was extremely clean the staff were so friendly and very reasonably priced . I would recommend every person visits the spa at least once a visit

It was good but entertainment was a let down at night.

The staff in the restaurant, housekeeping and reception were very good and we were impressed with their performance. Unfortunately the guests let the place down . The majority of guests have these huge sippy cups and drink excessively. There are a lot of drunken people by the afternoon and particularly in the evenings . We had a person drunk in the restaurant who threw up in front of us whilst trying to stumble to the toilets which put us off eating in there , There are also children drinking alcohol which is taken from the bar by adult guests . Lots of people discarding cigarettes on the floor around the pool area . They take sunbeds at 7am which is totally unnecessary as there are plenty . The staff and entertainment team seem to like young girls and pay them excessive attention which I would say to any parents make sure you keep an eye on your children as it’s very unhealthy. Unfortunately the hotel has really let things go at the hotel after my 3 previous visits and seem more interested in the money rather than upgrading things . Our shower leaked all over the floor whilst showering and a poor fitting toilet seat that wobbled when you used it . Broken floor tiles all over the complex . Dirty paths and overgrown trees everywhere so there was no views where they should be . It’s a real shame how things have ended up there . Also the music is excessively loud and distorts so sounds appalling. I would avoid the main pool area as there is alcohol and soft drinks spilt on areas

This is a 3* resort - it is huge so be prepared for a lot of people! I really liked the adults only pool, landscaping and the chefs were able to meet our dietary requirements. Things to improve on would be pool towel procedures (takes too long) and include more amenities in the rooms.

The room it’s not very clean

We didn't end up staying , our room wasnt ready so we paid the extra to use the facilities-way too many people ! The food area was a nightmare -I saw one person drop a roll on the floor then puck it up and put it back on the table ! Drinks area -beer was warm , the check in girl did not explain anything to us -how to find things etc No customer service at all -we left and checked into another hotel -Wouldn't recommend it

This was an amazing trip. Me and my son thoroughly enjoyed it. The food and hospitality was amazing. I would definitely come back here again.

Our stay was enjoyable over. The rooms seem clean although some of the facilities are outdated. The Dinning options are great with snacks and unlimited drinks available. Kids love the waterpark and there were loads to do for both kids and adult. Staff are usually very friendly and willing to be of help. Some improvements with cleanliness and outdated facilities will improve the overall quality especially in the restaurant area. But nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and may consider going again.

The hotel is a bit dated. Plenty of choices for food however the service can be slow at times. Not a big choice of deserts. The tea and coffee wasnt very nice. The spa is also in need if modernising. Our room was dated and needs modernising. The button to flush toilet was broken and the shower cubicle was very tight. You have to pay a deposit for towels which is refunded at checkout and you have to pay in local currency. Our checkout was at 3pm and we had 2 hour wait to be collected but once you have checked out you are not allowed to use the hotels facilities. You are expected to stay in reception. This is my second time at this hotel i came 8 years before when it had newly opened and had a different experience which is why i returned. Overall i think its more like a 3 star hotel and i dont think i would be returning again.

There were definitely some highlights, especially for the kids – they absolutely loved the water slides, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable for the whole family. However, there were quite a few things that let the experience down. Despite being all-inclusive, the fizzy drinks were watered down and tasted off, which was disappointing. I wasn't able to get a proper coffee during the entire three night stay, as the machines were constantly low. Food was okay – not bad, but nothing special either. One of the biggest letdowns was the lack of ice cream during the day unless we paid extra, which felt a bit unfair considering the all-inclusive promise. Also, there were no late-night dining options available. Since we tend to stay up late, it would’ve been nice to have access to some snacks or light food after the evening meal. All in all, it was fine for a short break, especially if you're travelling with kids, but I’m not sure we’d return unless a few things were improved.

The resort is absolutely lovely. I have no negatives. The entertainment was exceptional; we had a pool party and an African show, to say the least. Staff were friendly. The only improvement I believe they should consider is providing some sort of escalator machine to take the inflatables to the top for the slides. The stress of taking the inflatables up the stairs by yourself was too much. Apart from that, an amazing place. 100%

Aqua mirage parc was a very good stay. From staff being helpful, Aqua parc was very enjoyable, theater was very good, and food was excellent.
