I satay in this hotel last year that was great and the only reason I booked this again this yer but it wasn’t like last yer the 2 room I have booked it was smelling very bad and I phone some one in reception for extra blanket they refuse to bring me one . Very bad service no more for me in this hotel I’m paying for it I will go to a different hotel next time

On checkin they gave me a room that i didn't book. booked a deluxe room (which on pictures shows transparent bathroom) but got a smaller room instead. Breakfast was mediocre. When i complained about the room, the receptionist didn't understand my request as he don't speak any english. On checkout i couldn't get an invoice printed for the extras as they informed me that this can be provided only by email.

The hotel was overall good however there were some problem with facilities such as no internet connection and TV for sometimes, broken bathroom door etc.

It was well located hotel in Ankara City center. Breakfast was well and delicious.

Anemon Ankara is always my first and only choice, location is simply great, quite central and the rooms are large, very comfortable and extremely clean. Free parking and excellent breakfast are also added benefits.

The front desk lady was very understanding, peoffesional and helpful the included breakfast was really good just missing more types of breakfast meat, fresh milk and whipping cream Togo with fresh honey they provided. lunch and dinner all you can eat buffet was reasonably priced and the food was good

I loved the hotel, it’s clean and the location is good, but I didn’t like their breakfast it was so small and limited.

The hotel was well located, close to the city center and some cosy pubs. The breakfast was rich with custom ommlettes. Our room was very well decorated. Should stay again!

Good hotel, centrally located but not so customer focused. Tried room service a couple of times to no avail. Reception helpful but you need to ask them a couple of times. All in all a nice stay but not quite the four star service.

I was not happy because of 1-The hotel staff in reception was not helpful at all. The customer service was very poor and terrible. 2-Most of staff could not speak English, so it was very very hard to communicate with them. 3-There was not any printer to print something 4-It was very hot inside the rooms and they did not want to turn on the air conditioner probably to save money. We could not sleep so we asked couple of times but they did not care at all. 5-There was a pub and/or disco close to the hotel and those made lots of noise till 3-4 am.

Rooms weren't very clean and I was given a smoking room that reeked even though I had requested a non-smoking room. Also, I don't believe the carpet has been vacuumed in a very long time.

I recommend 100% to stay in this hotel, it's a real 4 star hotel and very clean with sufficient breakfast. Price is good. Near many restaurants and shops. The only problem is English language, you should always let the receptionist to translate your demand.
