The location is great with view of Mount Fuji. The Public bath has 2 different views for 2 different timing. Remember to stroll across the Kawaguchi Bridge to get to the other side. Super views there too. Rooms is quite old days but its doesn't stop me from enjoying the stay. The dinner and breakfast was great too. Remember to include in your package. Won't regret.
