Perfect location, good room, couldnt turn the heating down and it was so hot we couldnt sleep

Excellent location, friendly and helpful frontdesk

We stayed at Mercure Vienna First 8 years ago and chose it for the same reasons again, and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED. We chose the breakfast included and everyday the staff was friendly, at the breakfast buffet, the front hotel staff, and house keeping. We appreciated their conversations about our day, and the hotel is in a great location to shops, restaurants, transportation and easily walkable to all that Vienna has to offer. We love this hotel and if we return to Vienna we will certainly stay here again.

Mattress was fair. Pillows need to be replaced....too lumpy. But staff is very friendly, particularly in the restaurant. Location was our main focus and it was great, except we did not like an armed guard standing outside our adjacent building.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Didn't much like the red and black painted corridors.

The hotel is ideally located for enjoying the Innere Stadt (historic) part of Vienna. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast quite good.

The hotel was conveniently located and was easy and quick to walk to a lot of the main sites. The room was spacious and clean. What made this hotel for us was the front desk staff who were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Really great customer service.

Nice experience

Lovely hotel. Near to the centre. Friendly staff and was able to leave bags before our airport transfer. Shower was lovely and powerful and bed was comfy. Room was modern and clean.Only slight criticism was that the pillows weren’t comfy.

Great spot in the city center. A lot of things to do close to the hotel, really enjoyed our stay.

All staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

Funky hotel near bars, transport, and all of the major attractions.
