I booked this hotel to take the IELTS exam. The rooms were great and clean, and the staff were good as well. However, I didn’t like the lighting — it was extremely insufficient (I needed to study for the exam). There was also a problem with the tap water, as it was broken.The last issue that really surprised me in a hotel of this level (location and price) is that there isn’t an electrical socket near the head of the bed or anywhere close to it. I give it 3.5-4/5

I've been in this hotel few years ago with my freind and we actually liked the place especially it's location it was perfect for us at least

I went there to pass my IELTS exam and everything went smoothly the staff were really nice and welcoming , they guide you very well through every step of the exam . Overall the place was clean, nice and well organized Good luck everyone

Well overall i didn't like as there was bedbugs in the room, I've a little baby of one year i couldn't even let her crowl in the room, the staff were OK, just one of them i didn't like as he was bit rude.. And he wasn't helpful Hopefully they'll get rid of the bugs... The breakfast wasn't bad but but just a small quantity there's no variety

Room very cold heater not working. Restaurant menu 0 only one soup available 6 in menu out. Should restaurant open at 4:00 or 5:00 am to serve customers but they just let coffee machine and breakfast included in room prices. Navette transport to aéroport each hour but was late he has to bring employees first than to transport customers to aéroport navette price included in price rooms. Attitude of employees improfessional no experience he talk to customer and busy with his phone . I will not recommend this hotel at all.
