Great staff, beautiful room with a view of the lake Lugano , breakfast was great, dinner was so spectacular the chef and restaurant should get a Michelin guide toque and at ordinary prices. Will be back. Our go to in Campione. Deserves 7 stars!!!

Fantastic Hotel! Ive been many times and will be back again. Excellent location on the lake and in the center of town. Also, next door to a very fun casino.

Breakfast was good, although the spa facilities looked good we did not get a chance to try. Hotel had great views and great transport links

Outstanding service and lots of details taken care of well. They even provided toothbrushes and paste which we had forgotten. Shower was a bit challenging but not enough to be a problem. Breakfast was great and our pup was welcomed everywhere.

The staff was awesome.They were very kind & attentive! The actual property has no soul! It function as a resting stop for the casino patrons nearby-modern & clean. Although near a beautiful lake, it doesn’t reflect the charm & warmth of the other villages dotting lake lugano.

I had a fine stay, the best thing about the hotel was the staff who were super kind, friendly, welcoming & helpful and secondly its location. Generally the rooms were nice but it requires a bit of fixing/refurbishment. We had three rooms, my room was very warm so I couldn’t sleep in it. Campione was very quiet, but it might be due to the timing of my visit (late February)

Campione is located across the lake from Lugano in an Italian enclave that goes back centuries. Quieter and more intimate than Lugano. There is a large and modern Casino located a few hundred meters from the hotel that has entertainment, if that appeals to you. A very caring staff that anticipated every need. Spectacular view of the Lake. A romantic setting, if that is what you want. Great breakfast and a fine dinner restaurant. They were very helpful about making way in front of the hotel for convenient parking of my vehicle.

Modern design beautiful and spacious room. Welcome drinks and fingerfoods was really delicious. I tried everything on breakfast and everything was really yummy. Coffee also was great, actually the best coffee I had in Italy so far. View of the lake is amazing though .
