Worst experience ever I have to switch two times rooms in the same night and to end the night my room wasn’t even clean hair in the tub and everything seemed dirty . So sad

This hotel is nearly on-par with any other Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at in Canada or USA, although the shower head in every room I've stayed at here is in dire need of decalcification.

Great service, clean, and updated.

I stayed for one night and there was no running water water the morning I checked out, I only received a brief apology for it… no further explanation or way to compensate for the inconvenience
