All is good and location is perfect

Beautiful art deco design throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff and the hotel is within walking distance of major tourist sites and restaurants.

A beautiful hotel right in the heart of Helsinki. Very close to the waterfront and all the main attractions.

Windows don’t open- even a little. The air only goes down to 21.5- which you wouldn’t need if you could crack a window. Coffee machines only available in deluxe rooms. No coffee

Excellent hotel. It’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were courteous and friendly, room was clean and comfortable and food was very good.

Beautiful property in a very central location. Hotel staff were polite and helpful, room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was great, and bar had great drinks.

Great hotel. Loved the format of our room. Staff really helpful. Breakfast was high quality. Just be aware that Helsinki pretty much closes on a Sunday.

Staff were lovely, and breakfast very good, but the room was dingy and over priced.

It was good but central heating didn't work. I asked for them to fix it and they saud there was no maintenance available so they sent an electric heater which just ended up drying the air. No comfortable nights sleep.

Good location & fine for B&B Restaurant not available for 3 of 5 nights of our stay Similarly bar only occasionally open Management clearly focussed on saving money - skeleton staff on a Sunday when law requires higher pay Existing staff are delightful & do their best but this place does not live up to previous ratings

Hotel Lilla Roberts is an excellent hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and.not over priced. Rooms are a generous size and comfortable
