Having a wonderful stay in Ubud area. The hotel is located near to Ubud Water Palace, art market, and Monkey Forest. The room is clean and comfortable. All staff are polite and helpful. Keep it up!

The location is center of Ubud, so many store near this hotel. The room is quite spacious with the bathroom full of glass. The room also have sofa like sofabed, hairdryer, table, and iron.

Stayed here from April 22-April 24 2023 The hotel is clean, the atmosphere in the Superior Plus King Room is comfortable, most importantly the pillows are. Really nice, good quality, don't make your neck hurt and the hotel staff are friendly too. The breakfast menu changes every day from the previous day and is delicious. Will definitely stay here again ❤.

Best experience begins to be felt since entering the hotel. Physically, the hotel building is quite old, but the lobby, restaurant and most importantly: the rooms have been renovated with a modern, new & comfortable look. Welcome drink & very good coconut cake (thanks to Chef). Thank you also for the upgrade to the Superior Plus room (the room is very comfortable & quite quiet, no sound of vehicles from the highway). All staff are very friendly, especially HK & restaurant staff. Truly Balinese hospitality. Breakfast is delicious & varied every day, with a theme for each region in Indonesia. Many small details are taken into account, for example: when we stayed, there was an incident of broken glass in the hotel lobby, the staff still handled it well & calmly so as not to cause chaos or concern for guests. Very comfortable staying at this hotel. A little advice: Twin Beds are very easy to move from their position, either because they are slippery or other things. If you are in a sleeping position and you are about to turn around, the position of the bed will also move easily, you should add rubber to the bed base to make it firmer. It seems that when we stayed there was construction work on the floor above our room from the afternoon until the evening (around 20:00), because it sounded like the sound of saws & floor work above the room.

It's recommended for the Ubud area of this hotel, from the rooms to the bathrooms, all clean, great, good and friendly service, anyway👍👍, next time if you go to Ubud, come here again

Great place, clean room, staff very friendly.

We really love to stay in this hotel during our time in Ubud! The reception welcome us nicely and giving welcome dring and a cake. The room is super clean and the arrangement of the furniture is just perfect! The amenities is super complete. The hotel also located in strategic place, just go outside you can find what you need just in walking distance. Perfect!

Friendly service, clean rooms, complete facilities, there is a car park. Eat because my room is next to the janitor room, so it's very noisy.

The rooms were clean. The amenities were great. Location was great, walking distance to stores and center.

I and family stayed there for 6 days, and we were amazed by the spacious and clean room, also very cozy. This is a must stay hotel when you are in Ubud area and I will definitely comeback again for next trip!

Very good place and nearest to the popular spots area in Ubud. Just walk some couple minutes and will see a lot of markets and popular spots in Ubud. Easy to go anywhere in Ubud, nearest to the Food market, etc. Everything's good!

well furnished and strategic location

Initially I had followed it if the room didn't fit the photo. but it really works. the hotel staff is very friendly, preparing everything quickly and of course helpful, the swimming pool is not too small, breakfast is tasty and varied. Certainly satisfied and will come back again.
