Nice quiet hotel

Close to all shops and organic grocery too

This was a great property to stay at. I was very happy that I had a washer and dryer and a separate living room area. It was lovely and clean.

Lovery staff, great rooms, needs more signage on the street. We would stay again.

Great choice of hotel and perfect location. Pre stay communication was excellent. If you plan a trip to Nelson, make sure you consider Quest Nelson!

Clean comfy central and quiet

Apartment was perfectly fine & comfortable. Only issue is the outside door to the building did not close fully or lock. There is no staff after 9 pm so it felt a little unsafe.

Starting with the positive, the location is great. The quality of the room would've been satisfactory for a mid-range price per night, not what it cost. The courtyard looked like a prison exercise yard & the walls/appliances/rubbish bin had all been battered. The staff haven't spent much time in hospitality - when the access card didn't work at 9pm or we asked to store luggage (1 suitcase for a few hours on checkout day) it seemed to annoy them. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

Convenient location was good Polite staff was appreciated The beds were comfortable Has a couple of issues such as : - the dryer when in use made the floor and walls of the bathroom and kitchen area damp with moisture /condensation - the hairdryer buttons didn’t work - there was a broken hook on the bathroom door

Comfortable apartment conveniently located to dining and shops.

this property was great with almost a full kitchen. however our check in was less ideal we arrived early and room was not available (fair enough) but after a long drive needed to use a washroom. there was one in sight in thw reception area but we were told this was for staff. no exceptions. this was a directive from the manager. we found somenpublic bathrooms on our own but were not directed there by the person at the reception. not very customer/client centered

Checkin was quick and easy. Messaged the day before for parking spot and it was added to reservation. Room was clean and comfortable, very spacious. Could use a little touch up paint in bathroom. Washer and dryer in bathroom with soap for one load. Convenient to walk to restaurants, groceries, museum, gallery, and botanical garden.
