Nice clean warm room. Well stocked tea tray. Food nice and reasonably priced. Good pool. Kids club very good. Lots to do for kids. Good singers. Staff all very pleasant and helpful, especially Ruby in the restaurant. Csnt do enough for you. We will be returning

The check in was a little bit overwhelming with lots of questions about booking for evening meal. I had breakfast this morning and an older lady from reception kept asking me my room number which i found a little bit rude

The property needs an overhaul, carpets in bedroom unclean, smell of sour milk in room. The bar area and patio area not cleaned, glasses dishes left sitting for long periods of time, which is not good service, the overall service needs improving

Stayed with my partner for our 10yrs together, was booked in for 3 nights but ended up staying 5. Staff excellent, room nice and big and clean, very comfy beds. Breakfast fab, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room so relaxing. Lovely location, and views. Cant wait to go back, which will be soon. We had a fantastic time xxx

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of activities in and around it. We visited with two young children, and there was loads of things to keep them occupied. Our room was spacious and we had plenty of storage. The hotel bar has a nice atmosphere and the food served in the restaurant is a very high quality. But the best thing about the Dalmeny is definitely the staff, who all go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The customer service is excellent.

Leisure facilities were excellent. Room was large and clean but was unable to leave windows open as it looked out to a small courtyard at other rooms. Breakfast was good but very busy.

Room overall was a bit tired looking but very spacious Outside area of the room really good for the grandchildren to run around pool excellent and facilities changing area very clean staff at the pool really helpful Drinks on the balcony outside bar was excellent staff really friendly Overall very enjoyable stay

This is our 3rd visit to the Dalmeny and will not be our last Came with my 4 grandchildren and their parents. Family rooms spacious and comfortable. Meal options were good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities for the children were great.

Me and my partner came and stayed a weekend, as we had a race in Blackpool. We were allowed early access to the gym and pool facilities while they prepped our room, and we got to enjoy the nice little bar. Our room felt slightly dated however it was a great size and perfect for us. The gym and pool area was excellent, quiet and peaceful, some outdated bits but with it undergoing work cant complain too much. Food was lovely. We loved our stay and are likely to be back.

Good sized double room. Very convenient location for beach, promenade, shops and transport links. Staff friendly and helpful in hotel and leisure centre. I liked the idea of offering a £5 voucher for the bar if we didn't require the room cleaning. Rooms could do with updating a bit decor wise. Did not like the door to the adjoining room, it was locked which was fine but we could hear everything next door said and suppose they could hear us. I felt uncomfortable putting TV on and speaking when got up early in case woke next door room up. Equally we got woken up late at night by next door talking. For breakfast it would be nice to have the option of an omlette making. Never managed to eat in the restaurant because every day I tried to book a table there was never any availability.

Staff were all super nice. Gluton option for our grandaughter was really good,and staff really helpful. Although room little dated was fine. We must off been near to something as dreadful nosy especally by bathroom window. Room 101. Could gere entrainment on evening in our room but did finish before to late. Overall ennoyed our stay and would stay again.

We have stayed at the Dalmeny numerous times over the years, and it is always excellent in every regard.
