Beautiful hotel built in 1881, and updated tastefully. Superior deluxe room was spectacular. Would recommend to all and definitely stay again. Gives an authentic English feel to staying near London. Bus stop just a few blocks away made it convenient to use transportation. Can use all buses and get to train station via the bus.

We enjoyed the Warren House for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and cute; very homey place. I recommend having morning tea in the garden!

Beautiful historic hotel, a little out of the way but worth the commute trouble. Staff was excellent. Room was spacious and plenty of amenities. The downstairs restaurant had a stellar full English too

Pleasant staff on arrival. Lovely room, large bed and shower, slept like baby. Pool also good. Bar drinks not over priced either. Would definitely book again.

Offered an ‘upgrade’ to an old dirty run down ‘apartment’. Moved to a better family room but woken up pre 6am with bins being moved, bottles tipped into them. Maybe 30 mins of noise. Not restful

Excellent bus transport to the city. 5 minutes walk to Richmond park. Extensive lovely grounds. Excellent parking. Very helpful amiable, understanding staff. Good food

It was a lovely birthday present from my husband and the Warren house hotel did not disappoint. The staff were helpful and friendly. They even put a slice of birthday cake in the room for me. Stunning location and grounds. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff and we will be back again

The service was really good! The room was a bit out dated however the team was nice whenever we requested something. However the only issue would be that the swimming pool was extremely cold and would not recommend for children. Other than that the Gym was decent as well as the food (breakfast buffet).

Lovely building and grounds, but needs a bit of a spruce up. Location great for Richmond park, but not for anything else. Tried to use the swimming pool but it was so cold we got straight out again. Overall it was a good stay, but we won’t be back.

The staff were excellent, so polite and courteous. I hadn't checked before booking about a lift and it was difficult for my 91year old mother to walk up and down the many stairs. We had dinner in the hotel dining room which was very poor, however, we had the meals deducted which was a decent gesture. Breakfast was good, however, we had to choose how we wanted our eggs then go to the buffet to add bacon, tomatoes etc which we found very strange having never experienced this before.

Nous avons eu un accueil parfait avec du personnel au petit soin. Néanmoins quelques détails propreté sont à noter : - Poussière autour de la cafetière et bouilloire mis à disposition, - Traces de gras sur les portes des placards, - Traces d'éclaboussures sur la porte de la salle de douche, - Douche qui fuit, joins du bas sales, - Lavabo qui se bouche. Nous étions dans la chambre triple numéro 40. Dans le parc nous avons aperçu beaucoup de déchets ( emballages, bouteilles vides,...) Cela est dommage car l'hôtel est très agréable. Le parc est joli. L'espace sport est bien pensé. Le personnel est disponible. Les chambres sont confortables, la literie est est de bonne qualité. Un plus sur les couettes et oreillers en plumes. On adore. Le linge de lit est en coton, c'est top. J'espère revenir dans cet hôtel et y voir une jolie évolution sur les points négatifs signalés.

From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon which was roughly £12 and got on the underground to get to London so getting about was easy. would 100% recommend.

Seems like carpets and styling of the place is old and outdated. Looks clean. Staff is very quick to help. Could use a more updated look as it seems so dark in the hotel.
