Nice place. Beautiful view. Really clean rooms. Good breakfast

It was a nice place to stay on our trip along the Cabot Trail. The room was clean, but dated. The grounds were lovely and it was close to good food.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was very well maintained, beautiful and quiet. Would definitely stay there again..

Lovely property and main house with front porch lounge. Rooms could have been cleaner. Limited reception desk hours so no late check-in feasible. Breakfast was basic.

Old building

The towels had brown stains The hot and cold water were reversed on the shower If you were in the shower and someone in another room flushed the toilet, you got scalding hot water. The air conditioner sounded like a freight train coming through the room. When another room was using the shower, you could hear it loud in your room. Not fun at 6am Sunday morning. The sink barely drained. The bed was ok.

The rooms are very outdated . Air conditioning was making so much noise . Washroom definitely need an upgrade

Easy check-in and pleasant staff. This is an older property but very clean and tidy. Flowers are beautiful and a pleasant porch to sit out on. Within walking distance of Baddeck.

No working phone in room, no tissue (Kleenex), the breakfast is average, not the way they advertised as excellent.

Rooms need to be updated. Breakfast was good during our stay.

It was a really nice room and a nice view

It is ideally situated and in walking distance to all the restaurants, marina and museums. The room was comfortable although the balcony looked in need of some maintenance. Breakfast was disappointing, no yoghurt or fruit or cheese and ham. But the worst for us were the paper plates, cups and wooden cutlery. For the rates charged per night, the least they could do is have decent tableware.

Bien dans l’ensemble. Bien situé. Chambre propre, lit confortable. Déjeuner très simple ( œufs brouillés et bacon pas assez cuit). Vaisselle disposable. Décor à renouveler !!

No free drinking water, had to pay for a water bottle. Breakfast was subpar for price

The towels were old and looked dirty. They did not feel clean at all. The entire property was very old and in need of maintenance.
