They say it's the best hotel on Gili, and many people recommend it. I finally booked here. Overall, it's okay, with the best staff and security guards. They're very friendly. There's only one female receptionist who's really rude. The other male staff are all very friendly and very helpful. The downside for me, an Indonesian citizen, is that this hotel doesn't have a bidet. It was a bit of a shock, feeling like a stranger in my own country. For a hotel in Indonesia, it's standard for a foreign hotel. However, they provide a bucket and a ladle for convenience. But it's not aesthetically pleasing. Huh, I had to borrow those two items during my stay because I didn't expect a hotel in Indonesia to have no bidet, so I wasn't prepared to bring a portable one. For the a la carte breakfast, the food was delicious. And you have to try the ice cream. Wow, GREAT! And this hotel has the best sunrise spot, between 6:00 and 6:20.

Hotel in Indonesia but not for Indonesian citizens, the toilet does not have a shower and bidet so it makes us uncomfortable, the bed is hard, breakfast is a la carte if you stay more than 1 day you get bored of the breakfast.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful, unfortunately the music in the pool is mostly Indian music, hopefully in the future they can provide more of a western music feel.

A beautiful place to enjoy time

Friendly staff and great service. I loved the location away from the crowd and it's just 10 mins walk to it.

Good atmosphere and food. But poor wifi.

Tempat nyaman, lokasi strategis. Hanya kami pesan 3 dewasa 1 anak, sampai lokasi harus 2 room. Batas kamar 3 orang tidak bisa extra bed, jadi kami harus beli room lagi.

Everything was excellent, except wifi could have been better. Location and the views are beautiful, the pool very nice, rooms are spacious.

Saya harus beri penilaian sejujurnya ya, pertama hotel ini bagus, rapi dan bersih. Tapi sayang resepsionis yang cewek, rambutnya pendek saya gak tau namanya, bener-bener buruk, dari awal datang bahkan tidak disenyumin dan disapa layaknya tamu. Yang lain juga begitu resepsionisnya kecuali putu dia ramah. Yang lain kalau bule mereka sambut, saya tamu lokal kayak gak diterima begitu rasanya. Tapi penilaian bintang 5 untuk satpam-satpamnya, mereka keren semua 👍 ramah dan tanggap. Sarapan ya ok lah walau menunya itu-itu aja. Saya suka hotel ini, tapi pelayanannya perlu diperbaiki.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Outdoor bathroom, spacious, but no jet washer toilet (can request a dipper & bucket to reception). The pool is nice and comfortable. A la carte breakfast, delicious, lots of choices, can be juice, cut fruit, coffee / tea, pastry. Direct access to the beach in front of the hotel, you can see the sunrise in the morning. You can rent a bicycle for 50 thousand a day.

The hotel is exotic, clean, the food is delicious, the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. But unfortunately the toilet doesn't have a water hose (maybe because it's western style). Its okay everything.

The hotel is on the edge of the gili beach. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly too. We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Pearl. The swimming pool is salty, bicycle rental is available at the hotel. The location is close to the crowd, not far from the port. Anyway top, hopefully can come back to stay again, thank you.

The rooms are in accordance with the appearance, comfortable, the view in the area is really good, the food is delicious and the service is good and friendly. The view of the beach is beautiful because it is in front of the beach. Fresh air for walking and cycling. Anyway, satisfying.

Perfect for family getaways. Located right by the beach. Their service was impeccable, everyone was quite helpful and friendly. Definitely made us feel at home. Breakfast was amazing too. Love every single thing about this place!

Resort keren, fasilitas lengkap, pelayanan sangat baik, makanan enak, desain dalam kamar nya saja agak keliatan tidak menarik, padahal bangunan nya masih bagus. Andai desain kamarnya lebih modern, sudah lengkap. Tapi semuanya tetep oke sempurna.

Good view, recommended, lots of choices for the breakfast menu.

Best sunset. Nice accommodation also the view is superb. Their pool so warm and it was so nice.

Cakep banget hotelnya karena view di depan ada pantai, hotelnya juga luas banget, kamarnya oke, bersih, staff sangat ramah. Resto juga makanan variatif tetapi rasa standart. Cuma kurang suka kamar mandinya yang terbuka membuat air hujan menggenang di lantai, juga tidak ada jet shower/pancuran toilet, sehingga untuk wisata domestik agak tidak nyaman. Overall good sih!

Stay here very clean. The service is friendly. The food is delicious. The rooms are also quite spacious. Unfortunately for the toilet there is no shower jet. But overall I love staying in here.
