Big room, moderate price. Good for big family and people.

Not lift, but the room is big. The air-con is well functioned. The overall service quality is good.

Just ok. Clean. staff are friendly but no hairdryer provided, only 2 channel TV and astro available (TV3 and Cinemax)

It's good...the place is near to bus stop that we can easily move to mall or market.

1st time stay in One Hotel. Overall, hotel building looks old and dirty. Quite far from labuan city. Shower door damaged and cloth cabinet looks old. Need improvement and renovation.

Rooms are tidy, simple but ok, good service is great, just wifi service is less than satisfactory.

Hotel is comfortable and clean, location in a quite area near the fishermans harbour. Good scenery from the hotel windows,value for money for short trips like me, all facilities nearby are working distance only.

OK for budget hotel, not so far from Pasar

the room was clean and tidy. except the wi-fi need to going out from the room as receiver was not strong. (coffee house) whereby it should be improved.
