super great. super comfortable, nice and friend host, there are motobike rental service only 120000vnd for the new bike. free breakfast is fine . very near bye center of the town. easily to find this address. from Stunning View I can easily to find the sapa cusine. there's also full of primary facilities such as: fan, dry, washing machine, etc

Without hot water, it takes a long time to get there.

Some troubles with hot water and languages skills of staffs. But the rest is ok

In my room, the cup of the toothpaste is the used tea milk tea cup. when i was taking a sudden cold shower. call down the receptionist to worship the water on the hill ???? wait 5 minutes will be hot. I waited 10 minutes the water was still cold. Staff are not enthusiastic, not agile

It's quite far from the city and the road to this hotel is quite bad. Hotel room is ok but they asked to pay extra if you used the heater, it's quite horrible for this, unacceptable , it should include with the hotel fee. Bad service as well ,there is not comfortable with water (hot water) they told me that electricity is expensive so they turn it off, I never seen in where else in the world. Hotel turn off hot water because of expensive electricity.

I don't know if I book via the app but the staff is not very friendly.

the hotel is bad, the check-in procedure is too long, I order the room with free breakfast but in the end the next morning I woke up not serving breakfast, my room was also different than the room I was received, I ordered the room 1 large bed but received a 2-bed room, the smell is a bit "too" aromatic too intense and if hot and cold, you must call the staff, filtered water is also not available in the room, in return, the old owner is quite hospitable and friendly, beautiful balcony direction.

The female receptionist was really friendly and enthusiastics. The possition of Stunning View hotel is in the center, It's easy to walk around the town. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wana have a nice experience in Sapa ^^
