The front desk was so friendly and helpful! They let us store our bags after checkout, check out a beach towel, and were there to answer any questions! We so loved our stay and the ease of it. The proximity to the beach and pool is so nice. The room is not luxurious but was clean and I think that is reflected within the price.

Spotlessly clean, great pool and sun deck, right next to the beach, great sea view from balcony. Noisy neighbourhood, basic kitchen, low shower pressure, sub optimal pillow arrangement.

Room was clean and comfortable. We did not stay long, just overnight. We got in very late but were still able to checkin.

Excellent

Recently refurbished one bedroom apartment in excellent condition with a balcony. Only reason for good not excellent is that the bedrooms are internal with a window opening onto the corridor so a lot of noise at night. Helpful, friendly reception staff and very good value.

Great location right on the beach with plenty of amenities around such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. Spacious room and comfy beds. Big noise problem really let our stay down. We understand that people come back at all hours, but the way the sound travels through the apartments is poor. We hardly slept any of the 4 nights due to noise all night long whether it was from a couple of doors down or the top floor, you could hear it!

Brilliant Location. Extremely clean apartment, comfortable. Pillow and Mattress protectors. Amazing balcony and view, mych better than the described "partual sea view ". Fantastic value for money.

Disgraceful owners and managers. In over 50 years of extensive travelling, I have never come across a family so rude, unprofessional, with such a careless attitude to their guests. They are dishonest in my opinion, really awful hoteliers (if you can called this disgusting hotel, even a hotel). The son was especially inhospitable. There is discrepancy in pricing from the Expedia site and what is being charged. In my opinion, I would not waste your money, time, effort coming to this place. Our experience was a fat ZERO and as I said, with extensive travelling experience around the world, this hotel has managed to take bottom spot. All my opinions only, but not worth it, even if it was 10 euros a night.

Property location is excellent but the bed is not comfortable no air conditioning in bedroom

Very good location, right between Ushuaïa/Hi and old town Eivissa, about 20 min walking each side ! Big apartment, very clean with a pool and facing the sea and really close from a grocery store (Lidl). Just one thing to say…the kitchen equipment is really poor (no sponge, no dishwashing soap nor kitchen clothes) despite all that it’s a great affordable address to remember in Ibiza. I’ll come back for sure.

Very spacious room plus around a great area

Our stay was fine. We were 3 people and only had 3 towels for the stay. There was mold in the shower. The walls were very thin especially in the bathroom. Some of the front desk staff were amazing and kind just one person over the phone and the same person at the desk was rude. Honestly, the only great thing was the AC and the pressure of the shower was powerful and felt newly refurbished.

Nice property right on the water. I would recommend if you want to stay in Ibiza town and be near the beach. Close walk to restaurants, and short cab to concert venues

Great location, spacious units and clean. Great value for the money

Overall it was a good stay and in good location. Furnitures could have been better they only have twin beds so we had to put them together because we have a baby which wasn't so comfortable because it kept moving. The apartment was very spacious and front desk employees were very helpful. The hotel was in good location -restaurant /shopping centre less than few min walk. Would recommend.
