Lovely room

Stylish decor, super comfortable bed, and luxurious bathroom with lush complimentory products. Hospitallty tray well stocked & even freshly baked mini sweet treats in our room as a welcome. The breakfast was wonderful, really enjoyed it being cooked to order and everything being served to us by the superb & friendly staff. Perfect central location Much enjoyed mini break!

Breakfast was very good and it was served by wonderful staff.

The staff were very welcoming and we just loved the vibe of the place. The roaring fire, the cozy wing chairs and the bed was so comfy. Felt very special.

This was our first time visiting the White Lion and it won’t be our last. The room was beautiful with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Sadly we were late arriving and didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant but if the following morning’s breakfast is anything to go by I’m sure that it will be excellent. All of the staff that we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. It was a brief but great stay

Excellent - the rooms were very clean The staff were polite and helpful Bar prices were reasonable priced Food was lovely ( but had to wait about an hour or so for it to come ) but worth it when it did All in all a great Stay would recommend

Room was beautiful and clean, bed was very comfy and bathroom huge with a great shower. The staff were fabulous and friendly. Highly recommend eating there too, the food was great.

When we arrived room was ready for us to check in,it was spotlessly clean,radiators were on so nice &warm,young lady who checked us in was very pleasant to deal with,breakfast was really good

Yes to both. Breakfast was up to standard if the room, fatty bacon not cooked properly and plate was swimming in fat/ oil

All lovely really enjoy stay

Lovely inn in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great for our dog too. The room was lovely, the bar area was really nice and the breakfast was very good too. Would definitely recommend, and we will stay again.

We stayed in room 6, a Superior En-suite room with a courtyard view. The room was absolutely amazing, more a mini-suite than a room with separate bathroom linked by corridor. Location could not be better, right in the middle of town with its own parking (but note that its small and a bit tight!) Food is excellent, nice wines and great local ales on tap, staff are lovely and friendly, especially with our large dog. Only gripe was the wifi is very weak, but if you can't disconnect and enjoy life in a town as beautiful as Hebden Bridge then the problem isn't the weak wifi! Would love to stay again.

No complaines on every front

We have been visting the White Lion for over 30 years now. We have seen all the changes that have made it into the best place to stay in Hebden Bridge. The rooms are excellent and food is superb. All staff are very helpful and customer focused. We will return soon

Everything was brilliant. Room was clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast choices were great, the full English was amazing, all local produce.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped room overlooking Hebden Water. Comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was delicious, table service and cooked to order. Staff were friendly and location excellent.
