I like the large and comfortable parking lot the most. I live on the 15th floor with a beautiful view of Can Tho Bridge and Hau River. The staff are young and beautiful. Especially the restaurant staff.

Room cleanliness was very bad, bed sheets were still stained with blood, wardrobe still had trash can, study table still had condom wrapper, no coat had to ask for one (room 801), not up to 5 star standard, receptionist had no air conditioning, no welcome drink, no luggage support for guests, elevator made noise, TV did not connect to wifi (room 901), very bad experience (stayed on August 9-10, 2025)

The house has 2 or 3 cockroaches, killing one causes another The carpet smells bad and is damp The soundproofing is extremely poor, sitting at the dressing table during the day I can hear the next room snoring... Note: At night there is a power outage, the generator cannot run the air conditioner, it is stuffy.

Friendly, enthusiastic staff, soft-spoken. Large swimming pool, children love it, suitable depth for children. Near the center so convenient to travel. Breakfast buffet with a variety of dishes.

Muong Thanh Luxury Can Tho Hotel is very beautiful, luxurious, enthusiastic staff and delicious food. I will come back if I have the chance.

5-star hotel, but the room facilities are not up to par. The room amenities are not complete such as razors/tea/,... The breakfast is simple, only a few dishes, no local specialties. The day I stayed, the hotel was resetting the elevator from 17:30 - 18:30, my wife and young child got stuck in the elevator. The elevator sometimes resets all 4 elevators, causing inconvenience to guests because there are no elevators to move, they have to wait for the elevator to reopen. I suggested that they should reset in rotation so that guests can use the elevator. When resetting, they did not check whether the elevator was working or not, causing guests to get stuck in the elevator. In return, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic.

The hotel is basically good. However, there are 3 things I feel are not good. 1) The room door is very difficult to open and close, the door and the latch are difficult to fit together. When I called the receptionist, they told me to pull hard, every time I entered the room I had to open the door with great difficulty. What if the guest was an elderly person? This kind of broken equipment is not suitable for a 5-star hotel, and the staff did not support enthusiastically. 2) The staff who guided me to find a table for the breakfast buffet when there were many guests was also not good. They were absent-minded and ignored the guests. 3) The room soundproofing was very bad. Very noisy.

I had a bad experience from traveloka, not from the hotel. When I asked for an invoice, traveloka always gave subjective arguments to not provide it. And I see this as a business that does not comply with the law.

Everything was good. The pool was very clean and most importantly, there was no smell. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The view was beautiful!
