Great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. And they have air conditioning which is vital in the summer.

Clean, central right next to Heumarkt square and a 5 minute walk to the subway/tram. Also a 10 minute walk to Cologne main train station. Careful not to follow Google Maps it takes you one street down to the Rhein river side. This hotel is one street up. It’s about 20 minutes to Cologne fair. Room is super small but comfortable. Aircon worked ok. Breakfast was excellent, nice selection and friendly service.

The location was great. Walkable to the Dom and shopping, restaurants, etc. Great room layout for family trip. Nice modern bathroom. We would stay there again.

Rooms very small, location is not as good as the other cityclass which is closer to train.

Cologne has several CityClass Hotels, which may get a little confusing upon searching for the proper location, but once we found ours we were pleased. The hotel is located close enough to several popular spots, such as the cathedral and main station, but tucked away so it's quiet. It was a smaller room, but comfy enough. The only downside was temperature, as the AC blew very lightly. I'm not sure it ever really got to temp, but fortunately the front desk had a small fan available that assisted in some better airflow for the room. My brother and I both run very hot, especially when sleeping, so this was a game-changer! Overall, the staff was wonderful and the hotel was perfect for what we needed.

The room was perfect for a family of 5. One king bed and 3 twins. Seemed new and was clean.

During our short stay the elevator was not working and yet there was no offer to help with luggage. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and the location was wonderful in the room was wonderful.

All good other than the bar service layevnoght. Having to wake the staff for another beers isnt acceptable
