Nice rooms and good breakfast

Overall great !

The pool and sauna are super clean and at a high standard. The elevator at the annex building was broken but luckily we were on the first floor so it was not too bad. We were caught out by the "Limited on site parking" as we thought that meant first come first serve parking which belongs to the hotel and is free (as it usually is at these hotels) the clerk on the first day told us to press the bell and they will let us in, which we did for the entire stay (3 nights) and then when we checked out they asked us to pay €39 (13€ a day), which totally blind sided us. Took us out of budget slightly but would be better if they told us beforehand as some people might be on tighter budgets, just seemed alittle scummy :( otherwise the hotel is nice, its clean and done up, doesn't give a run down feel

Amazing

A great clean and happy hotel, convenient for my business trip. With a sauna and pool to wind down at the end of the day, dont tell everyone about this hotel or it will always be full. There is also a reason why best western is called 'best' thank you.

Lovely pool, great staff, nice breakfast. Worth noting they don't cater for evening meals but there are plenty of restaurants in the local area.

Check in was quick, receptionist spoke perfect English. Room was quiet, comfortable, and the air conditioning good.

Stay in not main building is not convenient if you want use wellness area. You have to go cross street.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no air conditioning in the annex building and the bar is permanently closed. The rooms are small, but very clean and quiet. We’ll come back for sure.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. It is located right in the Center of Haan with secure underground parking and it’s location in great for getting dinner and drinks in the evening but it is also incredibly quiet, my room was at the front of the hotel on the 1st floor and I slept with the window open all night. The wellness suite is an incredible bonus for a hotel which is such value. I used the sauna and pool every night. Spotlessly clean and a super way to unwind. The rooms are again very clean and comfortable… German style split mattress and separate duvets and strange pillows but that’s ok, still very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, nice range but get there early! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Staff is always helpful and friendly. Location is great as it very easy access to shops and restaurants.
