Excellent!

The hotel is clean and beds are good but the powered eggs and fake bacon was not so good

Stayed there overnight for a show at Pays de la Sagouine … outside door doesn’t lock so anyone can walk in … bed was not comfortable but room was clean…at breakfast the Yogurt was expired but in the fridge … Staff was excellent… service with a smile … AC worked perfect

It was a good experience overall. Didn't have time to have breakfast but I did take a look at what was available. It looked like it was standard buffet breakfast. Not the freshest and no options of anything to really grab to go like fruit or muffins.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Check-in was a breeze, rooms are a great size and very clean. Staff were awesome!! Thoughtfully decorated Free breakfast was delicious. Free parking. And for those who smoke, there are an adequate number of ashtrays on property. This is a rarity, however, keeps the area clean and the smoker happy. That’s me. Will definitely return

Each staff member we had the pleasure of meeting during our 4 night stay was welcoming, very friendly and helpful. We were always addressed with a smile and a warm greeting! The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean, with lots of extra pillows! The ONLY thing missing is a coffee maker in the rooms. We come prepared with our own so it wasn’t a problem, but guests should be prepared. Of course there IS a Tim Horton’s very close to the hotel. Highly recommend this great hotel, and commend their wonderful staff!!!

I visited Bouctouche for the Akadi Lumina sound and light experience and spent a night at this hotel. The check-in process went smoothly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. I recommend taking a room on the ground floor if your knees don’t do well on stairs. I recommend this accommodation without reserve and will stay here again.

Upon arrival the property was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and informative. The room was extremely clean and the breakfast was perfect. The breakfast attended (very kind lady) kept everything stocked and the service area was spotless. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends and family.

Loved oir stay clean and quite

The staff were friendly,welcoming and helpful.The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable.Our bed was very comfortable.We were close to the highway but there was not much noise.The breakfast was the regular continental fare.I would have preferred some fresh fruit and yogurt but it was adequate and the lady serving breakfast was very helpful and kept the stations filled with fresh food.The coffee was good.This hotel is in a very convenient location that is very close to everything.We were very pleased with our stay here.
