The hotel is great, all the staff are very enthusiastic and polite. It's located in the city center of Hue, so it's convenient to go anywhere.

The staff is very friendly, asking about arrival time to prepare carefully. The room is comfortable and clean. The location is near the center, near Trang Tien bridge, easy to go anywhere, around 500m there are very good restaurants. Great service. Will come back here if I come to Hue again. Highly recommend.

The hotel is extremely attentive and supportive, I feel like the service is not inferior to big hotels. The receptionist gave me a map of Hue and showed me places to go and eateries so I could easily get there. It is located near the Western quarter, so I can walk there for about 5 minutes at night. The room is not too big but clean and fully equipped. 10/10 will definitely come back if I have the chance.
