The hotel is located right on the lake so if you ask for a lake view it is pretty but in the mornings the train announcements start around 9 to 5. That takes away from the tranquility. The rooms are nice but the bathrroms need cleaning.

A very beautiful view surrouding and a strategy located near the hiking trails that make it easy exccess .

The lake area caters mainly to large groups (families or tour buses) so it is difficult to find food for only two people.

Situated on a man-made lake nestled against the mountains, overlooking the usual assortment of Disney-esque concrete icons and swan boats. Peaceful and quiet at night, though the lake can be inundated with daytrippers on weekends. The place is a bit run down, but that's part of its charm. Rooms are literally on he water, and he open air dining area is on a floating platform over the lake. Note that without a vehicle this place is a bit far from Puli.

great location and the staff were very nice and helpful. great place to take your kids for a night or two. Puli is a good little town to visit during the day as well. place was clean and well staffed. rooms were simple. beds were hard but the AC was very good.

飯店有些歷史痕跡，廁所的洗手台馬桶聲音很大聲半夜上廁所會被吵醒，隔音也很差，沒有暖氣冬天很冷，早餐普通 但飯店外的環湖步道很棒

1.飯店已開立許久，清潔度與人員服務都不錯 作為一個簡單的渡假飯店還不錯。 2.因入住當天晚上很冷，洗澡時的熱水不熱 僅是微溫的熱水，同行其他三間房也是相同狀況 希望能改善此情況 3.房內空調為中央空調系統，無法自行調整溫度，入住當晚覺得冷致電櫃台也無法得到有效處理，飯店本身也無另外準備小型暖氣機可借用 4.團體客戶可享用2F卡拉OK室內歡唱，剛好入住房間有緊鄰卡拉OK室，聲音被影響至半夜1:00待團體客戶解散後才較寧靜可以入眠 以上回饋感言期待貴飯店能提升品質 讓來過的客戶會想再來入住渡假

The hotel was built a while ago, but it is in a beautiful spot. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. There is a kettle to boil water to use the complimentary tea and coffee bags, but no cups, just glasses. I found that a little odd. Breakfast is adequate, but geared towards Asian tourists. Very limited choice for those who need a western type breakfast There was no fruit at the breakfast buffet, which I found a little odd since the area produces some of the best fruit an Taiwan. All in all, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. We stayed in a room on the second floor, with balcony.

湖景窗外風景優美，人員服務尚可，早餐不錯。但飯店未能考量住宿環境安寧，卡拉OK噪音拉低住宿品質。
