Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice to be able to park in parking garage. Kitchen was nice and stocked with necessities. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great stay very clean room all the amenities, including the kitchen fridge. Everything the bathroom was awesome. The bed was comfortable. It had nice sofas very good. All around would definitely recommend.

I asked the room to be cleaned and they only made the beds and changed the towels. There were dirty silverware in the sink and was never washed.

Room was clean, but the ac did not work and would not go below 78 degrees. We also did not have any hot water the night we arrived.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way for us. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

So amazing!!! Karen was so sweet and knowledgeable about the area! Told us about events and where places were. Made my stay there all that more special.

First, the staff was so friendly.. whatever my daughter and I needed, we received with a smile.. we had gotten a little lost and turned around but the front desk lady assured us that we would be ok. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel

Nothing spectacular. I stayed in the one room suite the biggest issue was the AC didn’t circulate in the room with the door shut we had a friend staying with us on the pull out sofa so either they were freezing at night or we were hot. Apart from that very average stay.

Room 729's air conditioner was noisy and wasnt working properly. It blows cool air i admit, but not enough to cool the room efficiently, in the way that every other room that ive stayed in at this property does. Also, 729's freezer was not working either, and had what looked like mold in it, probably because of it being warm in there, my frozen food had to be thrown out and my ice packs did not freeze. Maybe the door doesnt close properly? The other thing that takes off points for me is the 11am check out time. For downtown orlando, with late night events, the checkout should be 12pm like alot of competitors are.
