I stayed at Maverick Apartments for three days, and honestly, I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the location was just perfect. Close enough to everything I needed, but still peaceful enough to truly relax. Every little detail, from the cozy bedding to the spotless kitchen, showed how much care goes into this place. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels both luxurious and homely, but Maverick Apartments nailed it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is a hostel which was not stated anywhere when booking. Awful sewage smell from bathroom which made it unbearable to go in the bathroom and if the door was left open the entire apartment smelled. Tiny air conditioning unit makes little to no difference when the bed is upstairs.

Maverick Apartments were excellent value for money, very well equipped (fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker and equipment) and well located, we found that all the main attractions on both sides of the river were within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly.

Great stay for when you just need a place to lay your head in the evening. Everything was super accessible, conditions clean, staff friendly. I’d stay again!

It was exackly what i needed for my trip. A lot of restaurants in walking distance ,Lidl around the corner.

A good hostel and hotel in the heart of Budapest. I has an elevator. Some of the rooms are for a hostel, and some are hotel rooms.

Hotel is convenient located in the 5th district near the danube river and the traditonal shopping street. Hotel was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very nice. Make sure to join their whatsapp groups to know more about their daily group activities. Which would be a great way to meet people.

Location of this hotel is excellent. We stayed end of August and it was hot given there wasnt a proper air conditioning unit. The hotel is an old palace which has been renovated inside. Lovely stay.

Maverick Apartments are great, in a nice old building with tall ceilings There's a Lidl just outside which is convenient for last minute groceries Everything can be done on foot, else there's a Metro station just outside the building as well Friendly and helpful staff, a must stay in Budapest!

The building is fantastic even if it could use some touch up. It is in a great section of town if you love seeing great historic buildings. It was a 'one bedroom' but there was also a loft and a couch that could open out to a bed so the room could hold as many as six people. The room was very large with a full kitchen. We would stay there again. The only negative thing was that the entry to the building was hard to find and once inside, it was hard to find the reception. But keep searching, it is worth it and try not be distracted by the architecture.

I was upgraded and the stay was very nice. Friendly staff and quiet location
