The property is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the concert arena. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and quality bedding. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast selection was great. I really enjoyed my stay and was especially glad I didn’t have to deal with the crowds trying to catch a ride after the concert.

Fantastic hotel. All the staff were really friendly. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choice and the food at the restaurant was delicious. It was only a ten minute walk to the tram stop. We really enjoyed our stay.

-They organized a Wine and some nice refreshments for our honeymoon. I really appreciated that. -Breakfast was good. They have a live counter for nice omelet. -2 EV charger on site. That was very convenient. -Nice jacuzzi and sauna and hammam. We quite enjoyed that. -Room was nice and very clean. -Bathroom as also very nice and clean. -We went to the downtown with Taxi and it costed us 24 PLN. So it is very convenient if you have a car or commute by taxi. We did not check how far was the public transportation so I cant comment on that.

Service was very friendly

From start to finish our visit was great. Check-in was easy, staff were friendly and accommodating. The only recommendation we have would be for the restaurant. They close at 10 which is great, but they didn’t inform us when we sat down at 9 that you had to order dessert before 10 also. Not huge deal, but something to maybe mention when dining. All in all, we had a great stay!

The sauna, steamroom and pool were great. Hotel was clean and in a safe area. Staff was friendly.

If it wasn't for the barking dog next door to me my stay would have been perfect.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were nice, staff is friendly, food was great at restaurant- my only complaint is lack of parking. We had to park at the hotel next door and pay to park there. The pool and sauna area was very nice.

Parking was a bit of an inconvenience but everything else about this property was EXCELLENT. pool, gym, restaurant, rooms, staff EXCELLENT

Nice hotel, Giid location. Lot of parking slots. Room was very nice and clean.

Excellent for events at Tauron Arena, but a bit out of the town centre

Impolite service and unkindness, no integrity for commitment

Excellent place I was happy except the shower drain in the handicapped shower was blocked. There was water everywhere as a result. I informed the staff as I did not realize this until the morning as I showered.

The staff in the reception are very nice and helpful Maciej was the best !!!!!!
