The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff had clean new towels everyday and clean new sheets. The breakfast was also very good.

10 mins walk from train station and we enjoyed breakfast. If you’re not comfortable using the metro then will have to take a taxi to get to most attractions. Not walkable

Location was just Off the main route -- Quite & comfortable! Liked the B'fast Buffet! Got our morning started correctly! Staff polite & very friendly! Would do ATENEO GARDENS again!

The common areas of this property (garden and lounge area) are very beautiful. It is close to the railway station and quiet.

Close to Termini and Colosseum. Bfast was excellent! The only missing item was coffee in the room!

It’s good hotel but I would not say 4 Star. Rooms are clean but bit far from city center. If somebody like quiet location then this is recommended.

the hotel itself initially looked bad and run down due to the area, however inside was brilliant, nice decor, quality work. Location being near to the train station is helpful if coming from airport. a lot of places you can walk to. food for breakfast was nice, as helped set myself and friends up for the day. room we had overlooked courtyard were quiet, staff were very accomodating if we had a query such as ringing a taxi etc (however italian drivers have no concept of indicators, speed restrictions or lane discipline), and majority took advantage of being tourists. overall very happy with the hotel, and rome in general, and will return i do disagree however with the additional citi tax (which the hotel has no control over), as it added 108 euro to our overall bill (18 euro a day for the 3 rooms)

Nice hotel for the price. The area was not the best, but the room was good.
