the hotel is in the renovation at the first floor. they give me second floor and I still can hear noisy at my room. maybe they can close for first floor and sent us to 3rd floor. other than that its okay. thanks

too old & the breakfast finish so fast

Rooms are not clean, AC isn't cold, access cards can only be. 1. WiFi is ugly dotted, but the staff are friendly.

Service is very bad and the part time tell me walk in rm88 for a room, cannot on line booking, reception is close because is too late so I do the online booking on 11.35 check in on 11.59pm when I done the online booking, show him the receipt, he is very unhappy then I requested for the Wi-Fi password, he tell me just now you can online booking why you need Wi-Fi then I requested for the breakfast he tell me not included but my receipt is included then I show him receive he said no need if I paid walk in. Late so it is not included. When I make a complaint on the next day the reception tell me is holiday so yesterday night is part time so sorry but I don't think this is a excuse

Clean, comfortable, friendly and nice staff, if you go again this is my hotel, convenient parking, lobby next door.

Took me 40 minutes to just check in. I was really tired at that time, almost midnight.

Location near to city, near to Taylaor's University, there is lot of restaurants, near from Subang Jaya Station (more less 600meters). Hotel's staff is very helpful
