The staff were very friendly and they upgraded our room for free. The hotel room was very clean and I had a pleasant time with them. There's free lockers if you need to deposit your bags before or after check out. Unfortunately, there was no early check in but it is alright. The hotel was also very near to the tram so it was convenient to get to the city centre.
