nice hotel

Gorgeous place, good food and friendly service.

This hotel is fun and funky. We like to stay here when we are passing through Villahermosa. There's a lot to look at and explore within the hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant food is decent enough.

Lots of party noise during the night. Great for vacation. Not so great for working man.

The room & front desk staff are great. The kitchen staff can NOT cook steak. Go some place else. The hotel is dated, but has beautiful architecture throughout. The water preasure is horrible and it is beside a busy street, so noisy.

Very old to noisy customer service wasn’t that great

A lovely, grand hotel with gorgeous inner courtyard filled with hanging plants. The rooms, however comfortable, are tired and needing a bit of updating. That being said, parking was secure, our pooch had a good place to do her business, and we could walk 12 minutes to a mall where we had beers and dinner at Beer Box.

Wonderful people but it's noisy. Ask for a room away from the Main Street.

Great food and friendly service

It is a beautiful older hotel. The central atrium is amazing. The staff were very nice to us. The only improvement I would suggest is more soundproof windows facing the highway. I had no problem at all sleeping but if you are a light sleeper you might want to request a room that is not facing the highway.

It was beautiful and older. The restaurant staff sidnt seem p happy to help or be at work. They watched there tv show in the restaurant..food was so so.. There was NO spots for the dogs to pee..Not dog friendly

Beautiful property. Rooms were a little dated and bed was very hard, but acceptable. I would stay here again

Lovely property and staff. The only thing that we didn't like was there was a sewage smell in our room that was overpowering at night.
