The staff is enthusiastic, has temporary rooms for guests when they arrive early, enthusiastically helps guests, very good attitude. The location is about 3km from the night market. I don't know why I used hot water but halfway through I had to take a cold shower, that's a minus point.

When you book a deluxe room, you will get a view of the parking lot. There is no view at all for the price of 1.7 million, very disappointing.

Nice and clean room, lovely staff, inside or outside the room is very clean!! The hotel is located right on the hill, so going around is a story that can't be out of breath :)). The swimming pool water was not warm even though I was on the ground floor to check the water continuously, finally decided to take a big bath and saw a pair of foreigners swimming the whole lake, so I soaked in the tub and waded back and forth to wait for them to finish, but in the end I can't wait.. the first time I met someone so rude. The buffet is not very diverse, but the kitchen is also fine.

The room is very nice, nice view, friendly staff, but the soundproofing of the room is not good. Guests in the next room come home late and have children, so they make noise and lose sleep.

The hotel has a nice view, friendly staff, and can rent a car at the hotel. However, because the guests and staff did not pay attention to the pets, the pets defecated everywhere, making the landscape unsanitary and unsightly. The children's play area was unusable, and there were a lot of leaves and moss so it was impossible to play. I will come back if the hotel improves the above two things.

My family had a great time at Zen. Beautiful tree space, lovely clean room. Breakfast is very ok for families with young children, do not have to think much. A baby seat is available. Friendly and enthusiastic staff, there is a waiting room until check-in time. Everyone should be here.
