My room looked newly renovated. It was spotlessly clean, well designed, quiet and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. Staff were friendly, and it had underground parking.

Great easy check in. Staff were always friendly and on hand. Breakfast was plentiful and of good value. This hotel can only get better as it is undergoing some renovations.

No fridge was ok but a coffee maker or water boiler would make a huge difference.

Disappointed that there is no coffee service or electric kettle with tea service in the room. Only 2 paper cups in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and the room is clean.

Smelling cigarette smoke from people outside smoking directly next to the building and under the windows.

An authentic Austrian feel. Family owned and the owners are friendly and helpful. Hotel is old style which is charming and quaint.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. With great location to grocery shopping, restaurants and a beautiful church that is open 24 hours a day. Easy access to the autobahn, but you don’t hear the noise from the traffic.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The fact that the duvet and pillow covers didn't cover the whole of the duvets and pillows was a bit disappointing. All the hotels I stayed at in the Hanau area in the last 4 month (8 of them) fall into the same category, low value for money compared to other regions in Germany or Europe.

Good hotel with very nice staff. The room was a bit cold as the radiator was turned off and the window was open but it soon warmed up when I turned the radiator on.

The room is big and comfortable. Great breakfast. Located in a small city. Ample free parking.

I have stayed in the Ysenberger in the past and it seems to have degraded a bit. The bright point was the friendly staff that greeted me and were very helpful. The room was adequate and clean, but the linens were a bit threadbare and while cleaned showed some stains from age and much use.

Es ist ein sehr gutes hotel. Schade dass es keinen Restaurant betrieb am abend gibt. Sonst sehr empfelenswert.

Zimmer war nicht sauber

Leider funktionierten die Fernseher im ganzen Haus nicht. Außerdem war meine Bettwäsche klamm.
