The pool and common area look just like the pictures. Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was convenient before heading out for the day. The location is an easy walk to the souk. The streets outside were a bit noisy in the early morning so earplugs recommended for light sleepers.

I was supposed to stay in this place on July 25 but because of the pandemic everything got cancel but they refused to refund my money or give me credit. I made several calls about it, they did not do anything and The same as hotels.com . They are very inconsiderate of the current COVID 19 situation. I am very disappointed and do not recommend unless paying on site.

Rooms were simple but comfortable during our stay. Definitely book airport transfers from the riad as it is the most reliable way to get there as well as the cheapest (the taxi drivers will try to charge more). I have never had service that was so good, Zakaria and Ali go above and beyond to make you feel safe and at home from the moment they pick you up to the moment you leave. It is great that they show you around the area first so that you don't get lost. Breakfast was simple but so good, some days we had eggs, other days pancakes. Especially when you can eat and enjoy the gorgeous courtyard, it's such a great place to relax. What a hidden treasure.

The overall riad was nice but the room was very worn down and in need of maintenance. The shower head leaked and the wall attachment was broken. The room was also extremely dark with very few lighting options. Location was also a little far out of the way and it did not feel safe waking through the area at night.

We enjoyed this riad a lot! If you are looking for something glamorous, look elsewhere. Its very nice decorated and gives a truly authentic feel. We were picked up at the airport and shuffled around to get there, you are really in the heart of things with just a short walk to the Jemaa square. Welcomed with tea and taken to our rooftop room that had a great air conditioner. The Riad was a welcome break from the madness. we had a nice breakfast and often came back in the evenings just to laze around the pool and drink tea. Staff was helpful with any requests for help, with what English they had.

Riad Pucha: The Riad Pucha gave us a very traditional Moroccan feel in the heart of the Marrakech. Zack (Zacharia?), along with the rest of staff, was extremely helpful. The Riad was located in a bit of a maze within the Medina, which may not be best suited for less experienced/easily overwhelmed travelers. Zack was available to escort us from our taxi (which was not able to bring us all the way to the Riad), and he walked us to our tour pick-up location. Breakfast was included in the price and was simple yet satisfying. The room was very bare-bones (no tv), but had wifi in the lobby, decent enough air conditioning, and clean bathrooms. Just a warning about the location: When you are being shown how to walk from the main square to the Riad, pay close attention. When you go out on your own it is very easy to get lost even with a map, and while the locals seem to want to help, some will tell you to go the wrong way to get you more lost and then will ask you for money to help you find your way. We had multiple times when we were out walking to the main square when locals told us that we were going the wrong way and tried to point us in the opposite direction!

Could be nice place to stay but staff speaks only arabic and french, and were very uninterested in solving of problem situation (which is a very big disadvantage if the problem accures).

This was a great hotel for the value. If you're looking for 4-5 star rating--look elsewhere. If you want a 2-3 star in a family friendly area "with the locals" this is it. Location was in "old town" which made it convenient to most locations but the area is "historic." The Marrakech market square was an easy 10 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly however there was a huge language barrier (they spoke little English, some Arabic, and mostly French). Thank goodness for google translate! Despite the language barrier they made every effort to help us and even coordinated taxis to get us to our desired sightseeing as well as to/from the airport. Wi-Fi was decent and free. We stayed in the Royal Suite which comfortably slept our family (2 adults and 2 children-10/7 y/o). Room was clean for the most part. This is not a traditional hotel so you can't compare it to one. There was sand in one of the 3 twin beds--the other 2 were ok, so it worked for us. The double bed mattress was ok but the pillows and sheets seemed dirty. The shower had hot water but didn't drain well. The towels seemed clean but they were likely air dried giving them a hard feeling. There were 2 AC/Heating units, we attempted to use the heater but it mostly made noise and put dust in the air. The website is misleading with a picture of a pool and the room having a "pool side view." The pool is mostly for decoration as I can't imagine anyone wanting to swim in it. Breakfast was different ever day--continental.

Six of us went to celebrate my 40th birthday and it was amazing. Only downfall was that I ordered a meal for my birthday in advance of us travelling by email (offer on Riad website) and received confirmation of that. On the day I was told this could not go ahead despite the communication in advance

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Puchka. Both Rachid (the transporter & the riad care-taker) were kind enough to us and helpful for any advices. They made us feel at home. Recommended to stay here as it is very near to Jema al Fna.

This riad is the best for those who are looking for a comfortable stay. Perfect for students and those travelling on a budget. The hotel is clean, the staff really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. Jemaa El Fnaa is just 10-15 mins walk. They helped us in organising our desert tour to Zagora too. A very nice, cosy, traditional riad. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very good location. Wifi worked well. Very beautiful and stylish Moroccan decorations. Nice breakfast although the Moroccan mint tea was missing. In general, the premises are in good condition, but you can see from small things that better maintenance would be needed (toilet paper holder broken, bathroom carpet worn, etc.). All in all, you get good value for the affordable price.
