Room is not cold enough, have to borrow more fans. Already paid via the app but at the time of check out the landlord still quotes as unpaid (this I do not know the landlord accidentally or intentionally, just want to remind you to note). Do not give mineral water, coffee.

Room was big n got bath-tub. Owner of the house and his daughter was so kind, helpful and informative. The whole unit was nice, clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect. easy access to bus parking (22K VND, to the An Bang Beach and old town by grabcar @35K VND). They provide bike for free! Price was so cheap and included the morning breakfast (fruit, yogurt, baguette, white bread, choices of egg). I will definitely choose this place when I come to Hoi An.
