First time with B&B hotels. This modern inexpensive chain of hotels works well for family holiday stopovers. All night checkin straightforward via terminal in reception . Breakfast next day reasonably priced filling and healthy. Rooms clean and cool in the summer heatwave. Nothing bad to say about our stay. Staying at another B&B the following night and will be making more bookings in future .

Budget hotel, so quite basic. Room was clean and bed comfortable. We chose it because of its parking and position on the outskirts of Arras.

About 5 minute drive outside of town. Quiet location. No front desk staff, bit of a kerfuffle getting in due to decor of reception area & a choice of 3 machines that could take your details. Step by step instructions either by email or in foyer would be helpful. Slept very well

Clean. Comfy supportive bed. Good shower. Lighting in room could be better. Car park is on the small side with limited spaces. Area ok with some eating options nearby.

Secure parking at night for motorbikes.

Very easy to get to from the motorway. Very easy checkin. Toilet not very clean.

The room is very very small. And we had a doublenor queen? No place for the suitcase. On the floor it went. But, if you just want a clean place to sleep, it was just fine.

When advertised the description of the hotel stated it had a lift. Being partially disabled this was an important reason for my choice. However when we arrived we found that our room was in the part of the hotel that the lift only serviced to the second floor. Otherwise the room provided everything we needed.

It was okay as an overnight stay and the price paid

Good location not far off motorway. A little tricky to navigate entry to car park but once you’re checked in you get a code. Good bakery opposite for morning pastries.

The room was a double room which was quite small but ideal for a one or two night stop over the bathroom was again small but well laid out had plenty of room for a shower and basin and toilet although a large larger person might struggle with the toilet all in all really nice day Very clean with a good breakfast

Great value for money for a one night stay.

Check in wasn't easy as no-one was at desc and check-in machine was frozen. Toilet in the room is not flushing properly, facilities are very basic and minimal.
