Staff go above and beyond to see that you are taken care of while staying there.

Everything was amazing. I got a room upgrade thanks to Expedia. This is my third tube stay here. Everything was perfect. Great food. Clean property. Safe as I was on a solo trip. 10/10 would recommend

Went to dinner at Ceilomar. A glass of a basic wine was $50 USD- a glass of wine not a bottle. Outrageous prices for alcohol and water.

The view of the ocean was fantastic! The staff was very gracious and attentive, overall a great experience!

Beautiful hotel with a very calm vibe and great service. Everything was so clean and friendly staff were always ready to assist. Lovely shallow pools surround the walk ways to the restaurants and beach plus beautiful ocean views from our room add to the serene environment. Absolutely stunning!

Breath taking aesthetically ..floating on infinity pools and reflections. Great views. Beach is pristine and expanisive..for miles. Staff are driendly and eager to please, as are Mexicans generally.

We have travelled a bit of late - and I must say this is by far the best customer service experience we have ever had. Every facet of it all - incl meals, rooms, beach, hospitality was outstanding. LOVED this hotel from the moment we arrived, it is beyond beautiful. We had the meal plan and the food was outstanding.

Not what it used to be when i came here in 2020. Breakfast is good but diners were not. I did the NYE package and it was a snooze fest. Super family friends with kids all over so if u want an adult vibes, dont come here esp during school holidays.

10/10 amazing experience

Good: clean, modern, cool rooms/patios, good service, easy walk to a small strip of good shops and restaurants. Bad: I thought I might like the architecture, but ultimately was just a little too strange. Also, the main dinner/bar area was rented out for an event, so that wasn’t great since we had planned to go there. Our particular unit was in a corner and one of the only units with a pretty bad angle to the water. They were not willing to move us unless we wanted to pay an additional 250/night, which wasn’t cool since they had space available. But the biggest annoyance is how difficult and bizarre it is to get down to the gym and beach. Probably takes 10min? just to get down to the beach. Considering this is a beachfront property, that concept just doesn’t make any sense

The design of this hotel was absolutely unique to other luxury hotels we’ve stayed in. Using water features instead of landscaping made the whole stay feel more unique, and the first floor suite was gorgeous. All the employees were friendly and super attentive and helpful, and the personal concierge service was excellent and quickly responsive. Only small suggestion would be to have more pool chairs available, but it’s really a gorgeous property and a great stay.

The room was spacious and clean. It was well stocked and we didn’t need much. The resort is beautiful. The food is solid, overpriced for what you’re getting, but there are a lot of good restaurants nearby.
