Very good. Not too busy when we went at end of August. Staff were fantastic. Nice pool, which shuts at 8pm but ok to stay in if not too noisy. Beach walkable to but would recommend a car. Get up early one morning and drive to Formentor for the beautiful sunrise.

Habitat are 3 star apartments. They are basic but clean and bright. Comfortable beds, large balcony, basic kitchen. The pools are clean and the grounds really pleasant and well kept. There is no shade other than under trees. I imagine in the height of summer the pools would get very busy and crowded. The staff at the apartments are very welcoming, really helpful and always appear happy. The apartments are well placed for local bus service. We have just returned from a pleasant , restful and not too expensive 10 days. We would go again.

We have stayed many times before at Habitat and as always , the stay was great. Staff are friendly and everything is as it should be. We were staying in November so very quiet and a lovely outlook from our terrace.

Was a really nice hotel and the staff were lovely only thing thats missing is no oven in the apartment

Stayed for 3 nights the apartment was spotless. We didn’t have any cleaning during our stay . Everything in the apartment looked brand new and was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Some of the outdoor areas around the apartments need cosmetic attention such as painting and chipped stairways but we would stay again as we love puerto pollensa

Lovely place it’s out of the hussle and bussle which means no fighting for sun loungers. The apartment was basic and clean which is exactly what we wanted. The staff around the complex are lovely. It’s a steady 10 minutes walk into the port but the bus stop is bang outside. Had a lovely break and would definitely return.

Great place for a short stay, close to shops restaurants and the harbour. Room and reception very good.

Great stay, room good size, really clean. Beds comfy. Plenty of storage for clothes. Reception sorted a travel cot for us no problems. Nice and quiet in the evenings which was great with having a young child with us

It was fine overall. I think the apartments need a bit of T.L.C.

Not the place to stay out of season. Too far out and needing end of season care. We didn’t stop and found elsewhere. I’m sure it has lots of potential and in good condition in-season

the apartments are in walking distance of shops,beaches,resturants.

Polensa is a amazing area and quiet, so not for all. The property is very nice for what we wanted but a little far from Beach and parking is not easy. The staff are very helpful, and everything thing was very straightforward. Great 3 star property and the bar staff making amazing cocktails. Everything works as expected and above average for 3 stars.

Best part of the room was the good AC.

Property not too bad, a little tired in places, used twice before so knew what to expect. What we didn’t bargain for was the tremendous racket going on till 2-3am most nights. Hotel only about a third full but must have had the 10 most disruptive people on the island, in there. As one group left, more seemed to take their place. Shouting, screaming, thundering up and down steps, jumping in and shouting, laughing around the pool, even though it closed at 8pm. Didn’t seem to bother these few individuals. Think we will use a better class of apartments next time, and hope people know how to behave respectfully…..
