Arrived to find out my 10 month old confirmed reservation resulted in no room. Staff blamed Expedia, Expedia blamed staff. They offered us a room with a smaller bed at a discount. Mattress was what might be expected in a college dorm. Only two pillows. Quiet, plenty of hot water.

The university residence room is exactly that. A university residence, common room with TV, shared bathroom and shower, common area with kettle and microwave. Very similar to camping but in a room with a bed. We were there during a heat wave with no AC and we were not offered a fan for the room. It was about 32 degrees. So made sleeping a bit difficult. But priced cheaper than other places. So it is a safe clean place for a night

The room was a great value and was quiet and relaxing. We were able to walk all around the town easily. The grounds were very well kept and beautiful.

Inconvenient locks, no mirror, bath outside room No cell outlets, one plug accessible, no hair dryer, Room rate too high, tv did not work, Wi-Fi access too complex and unsecured

24 hr front desk staff. Budget friendly. In center of town close to everything. Would definitely book here again in the summer.
