Had a great stay! The staff Amir were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel is in a great location—close to everything. The room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Big room for premier suite with superb city view and sea view. However, the room smell was not really good, like a toilet smell but luckily I bring my own Febreze. They have 3 lifts but during peak hour, we need to wait a little bit longer since they have 24-25 levels.

Overall ok, just the Wi-Fi is very annoying. Near the Crown Hospital, malls and places to eat. Hopefully the next time I stay again the Wi-Fi will be ok.

Comfortable, clean, the room smells good, if you want to eat or buy snacks, it's easy to just cross the street, it's really great. Thank you because my room was upgraded to a bigger one.

- The hotel staff is friendly. - The interior of the hotel corridor is not good, it feels uncomfortable, the walls are chipped, the white lights are not good. - The condition of the rooms is almost the same as the corridor. - Overall, the maintenance of the hotel is very unfortunate.

From the app I thought all the costs were covered but when I got to the lobby there were additional taxes and VAT.
