We paid 17€ per person for breakfast and they didn't refill at any time the food. We were so hungry even though we had tobpay such a high price! Definitely not worth the money! We are so disappointed! What is more the hotel was being refurbished and it was so noisy and so smelly!!!

Great staff and location. Beds and pillows were poor. They did not have air conditioning although they indicated that they had a/c at the property - having a/c in the restaurant does not help you sleep at night when it is 30C outside. I would not stay there again.

The location was great. Walking distance to the center of town with shops, food and entertainment. Our room was not so great. I thought I booked the room with air conditioning (as indicated on my reservation) because we toured Germany in July during a heatwave. However, I did not get this type of room. I complained on my check-in review of the hotel. For those that don't know this, while staying in the hotel, hotels.com will send an email asking you to review your check-in experince. I mentioned that there was no air conditioning in the room. Apparently, the hotel management saw my review and phoned me immediately. With a stern voice, they said, "I saw your review. Why didn't you ask for the room with A/C?" I told them that I didn't know I had to ask when I booked this type of room. Neverthess, it was our last night here and we opted not to change rooms. With regret, we should have. The cleaning lady left the windows open in the room (to naturally cool it off)and when we returned that night, our room was filled with bugs! We spent a good 30 minutes killing or removing the flying insects. But, this did not take care of our next problem. Myself and my daughters had several bug bites by the next morning. Overall, great location, good food, but just know that not every room has air conditioning. Hotels.com needs to indicate this on their site or update the information about the rooms in this hotel.

Love the new renovation of the gym & sauna facilities! The room is spacious & clean. The only downside is the selection of breakfast is scarce, even though it costs only 8€. I'd prefer more various breakfast with a bit more cost. Other than that, it's a great stay in Ehingen.

Modern room and bathroom. Very comfortable stay. Location close to train station, walkable distance. Nice feature in a town that has only two taxi.

Due to a good deal through hotels.com I booked the suite, which is a perfect room for 1 - 2. The room did not have a water kettle to boil water for tea, but I received one right away after asking. My recommendation to the hotel would be not charging for coffee capsules or tea bags, this is a basic service. I always bring my own tea bags, but although it did not apply to me, I think charging for those small and simple amenities is outdated. If you book a suite, they should not charge you for those penny items. The hotel location required a little drive to my work destination, but due to the limited amount of hotel rooms of that size in the area it was worth the drive every day. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

So ein tolles Hotel, habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen. Das Bad war perfekt, das Zimmer groß genug und sehr sauber, das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker. Am besten hat mir das personal gefallen, die waren wirklich sehr nett und freundlich. Man kann dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen!!😃
